A 2005 commencement speech about dots, loss, and death turns out to be one of the most accurate descriptions of preventive medicine ever given by a non-doctor.
What a wonderful message. This morning I woke earlier than expected and thought I’d meditate and do some painting but instead sat and scrolled on my phone for the past hour. I know I needed to read this message and now I think I’ll put away my phone, meditate and paint. Time flies and it is so important to not waste it. Thank you for your emails, I read them daily and get so much from them
Thank you, Kelly. I love that this prompted you to pause and choose what you truly wanted to do with your morning, I hope you enjoyed your painting. And thank you for reading, I’m grateful these posts are part of your day!
Absolutely! It's fascinating how many of its central ideas have since been supported by science, even though Jobs wasn't talking about medicine at all.
